Stamp duties:

temporary stay and work permit – 440 PLN
temporary stay permit – 340 PLN
permanent stay permit – 640 PLN
EU resident long term stay permit – 640 PLN
national visa extension – 406 PLN
SCHENGEN visa extension – 30 EURO
invitation registry entry – 27 PLN
authorization – 17 PLN

Payments can be done in cash or via money transfer (it can be done in the Office – passport service hall):

Administrative fees:

Issuing/exchange of residence card costs 50 PLN.

In case of culpable loss or destruction of a residence card, exchange of the document costs 100 PLN, in case of subsequent culpable loss or destruction of the document, foreigner is charged with 150 PLN each time.

To 50% reduced price for issuing the residence card are subjected foreigners:
-   in a hard material condition
-   whose aim is to take education in high school or college on Polish territory
-   minors, who on the day of submitting an application for the exchange or issuing of the residence card were below the age of 16
